Standard Shipping: We provide free standard shipping to the UK, for all orders over £149 with all deliveries expected within 28 days.

For custom stitching, please allow an additional 5-10 business days. There may be instances where shipments arrive earlier than expected or are delayed due to adverse weather.

We will not be responsible or give refunds. Please order well in advance especially around festive periods.

RETURN POLICY No returns are accepted for customized or stitched products. However, faulty and defective unstitched items will be fully refunded.

Please note that color variations may occur due to camera and light pixilation, and therefore, no refunds will be processed based on color differences.
