REFUND POLICY

Diva D London is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and services to enhance the shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with a product from Diva D London, please contact us on info@divadlondon.com, and we will strive to respond promptly. 

  • If customers do not have access to local alteration facilities, Diva D London can recommend their preferred tailors to minimize any chances of error, especially for unstitched items.
  • All unstitched/semi stitched products are refundable within 14 days.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION, WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT, OR WRONG ITEM

Upon receiving a product, if the outer packing appears damaged or tampered with, carefully check the quality and quantity against the invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency within 24 hours of receiving. If there's any discrepancy, either refuse delivery or accept it only after noting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery.

  • Lodge a complaint with the local courier agency office to facilitate investigation by Diva D London.
  • In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at info@divadlondon.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Retain all packaging materials and the product until receiving instructions from Diva D London.
  • Stitched and customized products are not returnable or refundable.

For other complaints, email us at info@divadlondon.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Do not return any product without confirmation from Diva D London. Failure to do so may result in no credit or replacement.
  • All defective products returned to Diva D London must be sent through registered courier, track and trace, or hand-delivered. Customer will bear costs of postage and will not be refunded.
  • The safe receipt of defective products by Diva D London is the customer's sole responsibility.
  • When returning a defective product, label the package as ‘Defective Returns.
