ORDERS

Payment is deducted from your card during order processing and card details verification. Product availability is subject to confirmation, and if we cannot fulfill the order, a prompt notification will be sent. A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made. The contract between Diva D London Limited and you is formed upon dispatch of the ordered goods. Exceptions apply to personalized items and goods made to your order, which cannot be cancelled once you receive email confirmation that your order has been accepted. PRODUCTS
