How can I place an order?

How will I know that i have made an order on your website?
After an order is placed an order number will be emailed for you to track, trace or call us with status if required.
How long will my order take?
All unstitched standard order will take up to 28 days, for stitched products please allow extra 5 to 10 days.

How is my order delivered?
We use premium couriers and pay custom and duty paid so you have a no frill delivery to your doorstep.

What is the procedure for return if I don't like the product?
If you don't like a product, please report to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can email us on info@divadlondon.com
Do you accept returns?
Yes, but only if the product is in resaleable condition. The costs of postage shall be borne by you. We will not refund this additional costs. We don't accept returns or refund any stitched items.
Will I get full refund on my returned products?
This varies from case to case. It will be one the sole discretion of the operations.
